Wacker - HCRExcellence 2024

An exchange of expert knowledge - this is what Wacker is offering with the first European conference on HCR, High Consistency Rubber. We as ACH Solution will also be part of this premiere and present our innovative ACH TURNMIX - the dosing system for HTV processing.

The system is suitable as a stand-alone system for injection molding and extrusion of various manufacturers. It is processing different HCR brands in a hardness range of 20-90 Sh/A of all known manufacturers.

The ACH TURNMIX is able to add liquid color and additive masterbatches in-line via a special additive dosing valve. Pre-mixing on a roller mill is no longer necessary.

In addition, it is also possible to mix 2-part platinum cross-linked HCR materials directly in the ACH TURNMIX.

The material filling level is monitored by sensors and a camera.

It is available in 3 different sizes with a throughput of 120gr/min up to 500gr/min - depending on the shore hardness of the material. We will be presenting the ACH TURNMIX S at the HCRExcellence conference.
